What is Reorder PDF Pages?
Reorder PDF pages by entering a new page sequence. It accepts PDF files and gives you a PDF result you can download straight away. The work happens in your browser tab, so the file you choose is not uploaded to our servers.
How to use Reorder PDF Pages
- Choose the PDF whose pages you want to rearrange.
- Enter the new page order as comma-separated page numbers, for example 3,1,2.
- Click Convert now to create the reordered file.
- Download the new PDF.
Format notes
- PDF: A fixed-layout document format. Pages keep the same appearance on every device, which makes PDFs ideal for sharing and printing.
Tips for better results
Write the new order out on paper first for long documents. A single missing page number will leave that page out.
A worked example
A 4-page document was scanned with the pages shuffled. Enter 2,1,4,3 to swap them in pairs. Every page you want in the result must appear in the list, because pages you leave out are dropped.
If something goes wrong
- The result is shorter than the original. You left some pages out of the list. Add every page number you want to keep.
- I want a page twice. Write its number twice, for example 1,2,2,3.
Privacy and limits
Because processing happens locally, very large files depend on your device's memory and may be slow on older phones. If a conversion fails, try a smaller file or a different browser. See our privacy policy for details on how the site handles data.
